I’m Jennifer Yendell — a certified personal trainer, Texas A&M graduate, and mom of four who knows firsthand how challenging it can be to balance family, health, and everything in between. After having my fourth child, I committed to my own wellness journey and went on to lose 70 pounds, rebuild my strength, and discover a lasting love for fitness.
That transformation inspired me to help others do the same. Today, I work with clients of all fitness levels — from beginners to busy parents and adults looking to regain strength and energy. My training style focuses on practical, sustainable progress rather than quick fixes, with every workout tailored to your goals and lifestyle.
